What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

How do I place an order

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO CART button to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.


Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.


We are open 9 am - 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Is it safe to order on cardspluswestbury.co.uk?

Yes, it is safe to order on cardspluswestbury.co.uk. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server

How does the collect in store work?

Our collect in-store service service allows you to make a purchase online and collect at our store in Westbury.

Please order before 1 PM in order to collect from 4 PM on the same day, subject to store opening hours.

We are open 9 am - 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

How does Free Local Delivery work?

To try and drive down our costs, when possible one of our team will hand deliver your purchased items to your door free of charge. Remember to select Free Local Delivery at checkout. (Only available for delivery to places within the BA13 postcode.)
